TGS Talks Random Stuff #3: OH-12 Special Election
So yesterday, Ohio held a special election for a house seat. Nothing will actually happen from this, Since the two candidates will have a rematch in November. But they held an election yesterday and right now it's too close to call. Troy Balderson leads Danny O' Connor by 1,754 votes or 0.9%. There are around 8,500 absentee and provisional ballots left to call. It will take 10 days to count them all. If Connor takes 50.3% of the 8,500 absentee and provisional ballots (around 4300), Then a recount will take place.
Could this turn into Florida in the 2000 presidential election all over again?
